常用的軸承箱密封形式與現狀


目前,風機行(xing)業軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)有填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)密(mi)封(feng)、迷宮密(mi)封(feng)、骨架油封(feng)、軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱隔離器4種(zhong)形式(shi)。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)密(mi)封(feng)一般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)作(zuo)為填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時將(jiang)毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)裝入密(mi)封(feng)槽(cao)內,通過對密(mi)封(feng)壓板上的(de)(de)螺(luo)栓緊(jin)固對填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)施加預緊(jin)力(li),利用(yong)(yong)壓力(li)使(shi)得毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)擠壓變形,使(shi)其緊(jin)緊(jin)抱在軸(zhou)上,同時利用(yong)(yong)毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)吸附能(neng)力(li)起到密(mi)封(feng)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)具有天然彈性,呈松(song)孔海綿(mian)狀(zhuang),可存貯潤滑(hua)油和防塵。軸(zhou)專(zhuan)轉時,毛(mao)氈(zhan)(zhan)又將(jiang)潤滑(hua)油從軸(zhou)上刮下反復自行(xing)潤滑(hua)。在此基(ji)礎上,市(shi)場(chang)上逐漸出(chu)現了PTFE填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)、芳(fang)綸填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)陶瓷纖(xian)維填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)等多種(zhong)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)材料(liao)(liao)。

各類型密封形式的優缺點分析


填料密封(feng)、迷宮密封(feng)、骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)、軸承隔離器 4種軸承箱密封(feng)形式(shi)都較為常用(yong),也各(ge)有(you)優缺點,應用(yong)場合各(ge)不相同,下面通(tong)過數據(ju)加以(yi)比較和分析。

填(tian)料密封(feng)是一(yi)種最常用(yong)的(de)密封(feng)形式,其(qi)填(tian)料可以(yi)是毛氈、PTFE、芳綸、石墨、陶瓷纖維(wei)等多種材料,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)填(tian)料使用(yong)的(de)環境和要求不(bu)(bu)盡相同(tong)。這種密封(feng)的(de)特點是結構簡單、成本低、體積小,可使用(yong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)材料制(zhi)作,使用(yong)溫度(du)(du)范圍(wei)-120~600C,線速(su)度(du)(du)根(gen)據(ju)填(tian)料不(bu)(bu)同(tong)而(er)不(bu)(bu)同(tong),毛氈填(tian)料最大線速(su)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過10m/s,聚(ju)四(si)氟乙烯填(tian)料不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過20m/s,芳綸填(tian)料不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過15m/s,石墨繩填(tian)料不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過10m/s。密封(feng)壓(ya)力(li)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)常壓(ya),最高(gao)也不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過0.05kPa。

填(tian)(tian)料(liao)密(mi)封(feng)的(de)缺點是壽命較短(duan),高(gao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速下(xia)3一6個月(yue)就需要(yao)更換。因填(tian)(tian)料(liao)與(yu)軸(zhou)長(chang)期接(jie)觸且有(you)一定壓力(li),軸(zhou)高(gao)速運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)導致填(tian)(tian)料(liao)與(yu)軸(zhou)同時磨損(sun),進而密(mi)封(feng)間(jian)隙增大導致漏油。更換時需要(yao)將軸(zhou)承箱與(yu)動(dong)力(li)單(dan)元(yuan)和(he)負載拆開才能更換填(tian)(tian)料(liao),維護工作量相(xiang)對(dui)較大。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)磨損(sun)后(hou)的(de)粉末也容易進人軸(zhou)承箱,對(dui)軸(zhou)承箱內的(de)潤(run)滑油造成(cheng)污(wu)染,導致潤(run)滑油提前(qian)變質失效。

迷宮(gong)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)也是軸(zhou)(zhou)承箱(xiang)常用的(de)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)方式,通(tong)常在軸(zhou)(zhou)承箱(xiang)端蓋和(he)軸(zhou)(zhou)上錯開(kai)加工環槽,利(li)用多道密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)齒和(he)環槽產生的(de)摩阻(zu)效(xiao)應(ying)和(he)流(liu)束收縮(suo)效(xiao)應(ying)降低(di)潤滑(hua)(hua)油(you)壓頭和(he)動能(neng),阻(zu)擋潤滑(hua)(hua)油(you)泄漏。這(zhe)種密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)在高轉速條件(jian)下具有良好的(de)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)效(xiao)果,無(wu)需潤滑(hua)(hua)、無(wu)摩擦、基本上無(wu)需維護、功率損(sun)耗小、使用壽(shou)命長、耐(nai)高溫(wen)、耐(nai)腐蝕。線速度可(ke)達80m/s,使用溫(wen)度范(fan)圍-120-600C,使用壽(shou)命可(ke)達6年以(yi)上。

密封(feng)壓(ya)力(li)一般(ban)(ban)為常壓(ya),最高(gao)(gao)(gao)不超高(gao)(gao)(gao) 1kPa。缺點是加工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)(gao)導致成本(ben)較高(gao)(gao)(gao),裝(zhuang)配(pei)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)(gao),對(dui)軸跳動(dong)有嚴格要(yao)求(qiu),20mm以下的軸徑無(wu)法使(shi)用(yong)(yong)迷宮密封(feng)。更換(huan)時需要(yao)將軸承(cheng)箱與(yu)動(dong)力(li)單元和負載拆開才(cai)能(neng)(neng)更換(huan),對(dui)維(wei)修人員的素(su)質(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu)較高(gao)(gao)(gao),維(wei)護工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)相對(dui)較大(da)骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)在軸承(cheng)箱密封(feng)中(zhong)也比較常用(yong)(yong)。骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)安裝(zhuang)位小(xiao),軸向尺寸小(xiao),使(shi)機器緊湊,價格便宜,通用(yong)(yong)性好,材質(zhi)橡膠耐油(you)性好,彈簧能(neng)(neng)自動(dong)補償磨(mo)損間隙,有很好的防塵能(neng)(neng)力(li),無(wu)需維(wei)護,有一定的耐腐蝕能(neng)(neng)力(li),密封(feng)壓(ya)力(li)可達200kPa,對(dui)軸跳動(dong)不敏感,裝(zhuang)配(pei)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)不高(gao)(gao)(gao)。缺點是功率損耗大(da),密封(feng)壽命(ming)短,一般(ban)(ban)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)為3一12個月(yue)。由于其材質(zhi)和結構所限,所以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時不能(neng)(neng)承(cheng)受高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫。丁睛橡膠骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)-15~150C,狐(hu)橡膠骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)-40~300C。骨(gu)架油(you)封(feng)不能(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)于高(gao)(gao)(gao)轉速的軸承(cheng)箱密封(feng),線速度(du)(du)(du)(du)不超過20mm/s。更換(huan)時需要(yao)將軸承(cheng)箱與(yu)動(dong)力(li)單元和負載拆開才(cai)能(neng)(neng)更換(huan),維(wei)護工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)相對(dui)較大(da)。

軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)隔(ge)(ge)離器是一種新型(xing)密封(feng)產品,可(ke)根據客(ke)戶(hu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求定制,目前在風機(ji)行(xing)業(ye)使用(yong)非(fei)常(chang)(chang)少,但(dan)這(zhe)(zhe)種密封(feng)形式(shi)優點明顯,應引(yin)起工(gong)程技術人員(yuan)重視。軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)隔(ge)(ge)離器結(jie)(jie)構(gou)緊湊,厚度通(tong)常(chang)(chang)為830mm,不(bu)增加(jia)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)長度,也不(bu)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)對軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)進(jin)行(xing)改型(xing)設(she)計。這(zhe)(zhe)種隔(ge)(ge)離器通(tong)常(chang)(chang)采(cai)用(yong)動(dong)靜環(huan)設(she)計,動(dong)環(huan)與軸(zhou)面通(tong)過(guo)O型(xing)圖過(guo)盈(ying)配(pei)(pei)合;靜環(huan)與軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)端蓋密封(feng)槽也通(tong)過(guo)O型(xing)圈過(guo)盈(ying)配(pei)(pei)合,不(bu)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)在軸(zhou)上開槽或安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)軸(zhou)套(tao),直接按壓推入(ru)即可(ke)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完成,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)非(fei)常(chang)(chang)方便。

動(dong)(dong)環(huan)和(he)靜環(huan)運轉時(shi)不(bu)接觸,無(wu)(wu)磨損,壽命(ming)長達6年(nian)以上(shang)。無(wu)(wu)功(gong)率損耗(hao),無(wu)(wu)溫升。動(dong)(dong)環(huan)密封嚴密,有良好(hao)的(de)防塵效(xiao)(xiao)果其內(nei)(nei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)浮動(dong)(dong)環(huan)靜態時(shi)能(neng)防止水蒸(zheng)氣進入軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱內(nei)(nei)部(bu)(bu)大幅提高軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)壽命(ming),提升軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱傳動(dong)(dong)系統的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性。軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)隔離器(qi)通常采用磷(lin)青銅合金或不(bu)銹鋼制成,有一定的(de)耐腐蝕(shi)抗(kang)銹效(xiao)(xiao)果。使用溫度范圍寬,-40一200C均可(ke)(ke)使用。

上(shang)海金山化工(gong)區某聯苯環(huan)(huan)(huan)氧(yang)產線(xian)項目使用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)(le)12臺(tai)高壓離(li)心風機(ji),風量28000m3/h,靜(jing)(jing)壓23000Pa,電機(ji)功率250kW,轉速2980r/in,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)稀(xi)油(you)(you)(you)潤(run)滑該(gai)批風機(ji)于2018 年3月(yue)投入使用(yong)(yong)(yong),初期使用(yong)(yong)(yong)性能(neng)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)運(yun)行工(gong)況(kuang)良好(hao)。18個(ge)月(yue)后(hou)(hou)逐漸出現軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)固定(ding)(ding)(ding)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)端漏(lou)(lou)油(you)(you)(you)現象。該(gai)批風機(ji)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)的是氟(fu)橡膠骨架油(you)(you)(you)封(feng)線(xian)速度約為(wei)(wei)15.6m/s。在現場查看(kan)時發(fa)現,漏(lou)(lou)油(you)(you)(you)問(wen)題(ti)是由(you)于骨架油(you)(you)(you)封(feng)磨損間隙增大(da)導致的。由(you)于該(gai)生(sheng)產線(xian)是企業重要(yao)的生(sheng)產資料(liao),停機(ji)維修會帶來巨(ju)大(da)影響,所以(yi)(yi)決定(ding)(ding)(ding)對軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)進(jin)行改造,提升密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)可靠型(xing)。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)(le)盡量減少停機(ji)時長(chang),決定(ding)(ding)(ding)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)原軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)端蓋改造,非(fei)標(biao)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)符合(he)技術要(yao)求的密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)形式。綜(zong)合(he)現場條件和(he)要(yao)求設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)指標(biao)為(wei)(wei)密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)壽命為(wei)(wei)48000h,最大(da)線(xian)速度30m/s以(yi)(yi)上(shang),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)力安(an)裝(zhuang),沒有條件使用(yong)(yong)(yong)螺栓壓緊(jin),該(gai)廠環(huan)(huan)(huan)境有一(yi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的腐蝕性,密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)件需要(yao)耐腐蝕,能(neng)防塵防水(shui)保護軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),后(hou)(hou)期更換應能(neng)快速完成(cheng)(cheng)。綜(zong)合(he)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)要(yao)求,研究分析(xi)后(hou)(hou)發(fa)現只有軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)隔離(li)器能(neng)滿足要(yao)求。最終設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)方(fang)(fang)案為(wei)(wei)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)隔離(li)器動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan),靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)一(yi)體式設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)和(he)裝(zhuang)配(pei),靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)外側設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)2個(ge)0型(xing)圈以(yi)(yi)增加其密(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)性,動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)內側也設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)2個(ge)O型(xing)圈增加抱緊(jin)力,防止產生(sheng)軸(zhou)向(xiang)位(wei)移。在動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)和(he)靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)之間設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)O型(xing)圈浮動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan),既(ji)能(neng)防止動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)與(yu)靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)也能(neng)減小空腔體積,進(jin)一(yi)步降低(di)泄漏(lou)(lou)風險(xian)。靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)上(shang)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)回油(you)(you)(you)槽和(he)回油(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)(kong),由(you)于回油(you)(you)(you)量較大(da),回油(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)(kong)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)孔(kong)(kong)結(jie)構,以(yi)(yi)增大(da)回油(you)(you)(you)量。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)(le)提高裝(zhuang)配(pei)精度,實現快速安(an)裝(zhuang)在靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)上(shang)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)臺(tai)階(jie),該(gai)臺(tai)階(jie)與(yu)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)(xiang)端蓋配(pei)合(he)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)方(fang)(fang)案如圖所示。



改進后的實際使用效果


改進后,該軸(zhou)承隔離(li)器安裝方(fang)(fang)便,運行(xing)穩定,取(qu)得(de)了立竿見(jian)影的效(xiao)果,動環和靜環同心(xin)度(du)僅差3絲,溫度(du)未見(jian)明(ming)顯上升。12臺高壓離(li)心(xin)風機再未出現漏(lou)油(you)情況。民機振(zhen)動、軸(zhou)承溫度(du)等各項指標均(jun)正(zheng)常。連(lian)續觀察16個月后軸(zhou)承隔離(li)器未見(jian)明(ming)顯變化,證明(ming)該改進方(fang)(fang)案可靠(kao)有效(xiao)。


結語


截至目(mu)前,該(gai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)隔離器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)方案(an)已(yi)在(zai)數十個項目(mu)上得(de)到驗(yan)證。相較于傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)密封(feng),軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)隔離器(qi)(qi)是一種較為(wei)先進(jin)的(de)(de)密封(feng)形(xing)式(shi),其(qi)動靜環(huan)的(de)(de)非接觸設(she)計(ji),能(neng)大幅提(ti)高(gao)密封(feng)的(de)(de)可靠(kao)性和使用壽命(ming),同時還具有(you)安(an)裝方便、軸(zhou)(zhou)徑向跳(tiao)動容差大、能(neng)隔離水汽(qi)和灰(hui)塵(chen)、耐腐蝕、轉速(su)高(gao)、功率損耗小的(de)(de)特點。軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)隔離器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)正確使用能(neng)將軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)壽命(ming)提(ti)升4~5倍(bei)。隨著軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)隔離器(qi)(qi)設(she)計(ji)技(ji)術(shu)和加(jia)工技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)發展(zhan),成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)有(you)望大幅降低,其(qi)市場占(zhan)有(you)率也在(zai)不(bu)斷提(ti)高(gao),逐漸替代傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)箱(xiang)密封(feng)已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)趨(qu)勢。
